Mal: Well, you were right about this being a bad idea. Zoe: Thanks for sayin', sir.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I got to leave early too. I'm glad I'm on the train.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Amy, I had some really tasty lettuce today...

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I'm trying out my new iPhone. Not sure I'll ever get used to this texting keyboard, but it is a very cool devIce.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Waiting to see what we get from "Snowquester". Granted, it hasn't started doing anything yet, but there are the usual dire predictions.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't believe people are giving me shit for saying that if I had the freedom to choose, I wouldn't work with Orson Scott Card either. Am I a meanie? Hypersensitive? Too quick to judge?

And yes, I will fucking bring up Nazis. If you say there's no one you would ever not work with, it takes me two seconds to find someone to make a liar of you. You need to say what you actually mean and then we can move on from there.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

There are tons of people I wouldn't work with, and I don't even need to swing by Germany for it. Stalin, Pol Pot, Leopold II of Belgium, and Michelle Bachman come to mind.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I can't believe people are giving me shit for saying that if I had the freedom to choose, I wouldn't work with Orson Scott Card either.

Hell I don't even recommend people buy his old, good, books any more. (Yes, read Ender's Game, but find it in a used bookstore or a library. Don't be giving that asshole any more money.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

People are ridiculous, obviously.
