Yep, it's official. It seems that I can get in trouble for not reading an email, and I can get in trouble for someone not reading my email. I am not aware of anyone taking steps to make sure I read my emails, so I'm not entirely sure why (or how) I'm supposed to take steps to make sure other people read their emails...
This is kind of like when I was yelled at for not being brilliant enough to cope with the incompetent person on my team.
But hey. I took the hit for the instance on my project, but on the project that's not mine? I refuse to care. That's for that PM to worry over.
