Liese! Our house is Athens is for rent (and sale), but it's a 3br 2ba house, and on the higher end for Athens rents, so I don't know that it would suit your friend. It's more a "family with kids" house than a "single musician guy" house.

Yeah, I think he's looking more for "room" than "house" but I will mention it to him. I would also caution that I have no idea about this kid and am not in any way advocating for him! I think he's pretty into eastern religion, which for a white son of former hippies, I'm thinking may mean a certain amount of recreational pharmaceuticals.
