You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

it's nice to be remembered

I don't mind (okay, sometimes I hate) being remembered. I truly dislike being predicted by people I don't know, though. This cafe and the accompanying restaurant are really careful about never assuming what I'm ordering until I open my mouth, but once I do, they treat me like it's extra special that I choose it (extra ketchup with my garlic fries, free brownie cupcakes on the last day they have them in, or they put them aside for me). Fine line. They walk it very well.

lisah, only because you said so, I'll inquire there first. But you're next on the list.

Noah made me cry (not hard tonight, but still.) Don't tell him that, just that I love him too, and miss him. And tell Grace I miss her too. God, they are such a blast.

Glad the surgery went well, if not super-surpise-ish. And I can totally see her charming the hell out of the staff. She's got that down. BTW, I taught my coworkers the llama drama sign. It cracks me up everytime!

Grace's llama drama sign is hilarious. She just did it for me.

I am not thrilled about work tomorrow, but glad that I am not taking the day off. So much to do.

Plus I'm making this insane-o ornament mobile in my classroom. Fun, but totally extracurricular. I should be grading instead.

Loafers. Ahem.

More seriously, I find a lot of Vivienne Westwood too too, but these in purple are ridic gorge, you know? I wish I could wear heels.

Those are great, but they don't even look an iota comfortable.

No, not even slightly. They're fairy tale pretty. These, on the other hand...

Punishingly Intricate

I want to know how to do the llama drama sign! So I can teach it to my work teammates so we can do it in meetings when people act up!

This episode of What Not to Wear is just depressing! This lady with terrrrrrible style just does not want to change.

oh! Melissa shoes. My friend's store carries those. I haven't tried any on yet but the styles can be super cute.

Lisa, for Grace we do the sign for llama> (which is the best sign ever) and then for drama we do a hand, palm out, on the forehead.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Interestingly, that is also the sign for Bolivia.

I now want to say drama Boliviaing instead of drama llamaing.
