It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Heard back from eBay gamer seller. "It should be obvious when you buy a used game that the code will be in use and the issue will need to be got around. But if you insist you can send it back and I'll refund your money." To which I said, "No, it's not at all obvious that an item for sale on eBay is sold in an unusable condition and will need to be hacked. I will refrain from adding a note to my feedback that says you sell items that need to be hacked."

If I don't get a refund, though, notes will be left.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Ugh, Connie, what witless bullshit.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Excellent news on the jar jar front!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I want to try using one of those organizing systems because I get so overwhelmed by all the shit I need/want to do, but I couldn't focus long enough to finish reading about any of them. There's some irony there or something.

Pretty sure I had something else to say, but I forgot.

Oh, I know - The Hidden Habits of Ineffective People. I printed it out to hang on the wall.

I check gothamist daily to make sure Adam Yauch is still alive.

It's such a morbid habit.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am watching this Investigate Discovery show called "Deadly Women" and they do a lot of reenactments. I think this is wear all the normal looking actors are working!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Saw the Muppets.

TEARS WERE JERKED.

In all the good happy ways.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Aww, thanks, JZ! I'm gonna try to get my friend E to go with me this weekend, but if she's not game, I will totally call on you. I need my Muppets.

I have a vivid memory of the day I heard Jim Henson died. Such a fucking waste: he had another 20 or 30 years of creativity in him, if he'd gotten to the hospital sooner.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I have leftovers! Mmm. Thank you, Kat and K! Thanks, Polgara.

So very welcome. If you can't come to Thanksgiving, it's a pleasure to be able to get Thanksgiving to you.

We went to watch the Ducks game today for Katie's birthday. The Ducks scored two goals in the first 2 minutes and then led by 2 until the third period where they completely fucking imploded. Grace liked the dancing she got to do. Noah was entranced. I was like, "It'll be over before 4:00 PM! We'll be home for dinner!" So it was all good, even the Blackhawks killed 'em.

I really want to see the Muppet movie, but I dunno if Noah will tolerate it.
