Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I am engaging in a celebratory viewing of "Thespis."

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am about to engage in a celebratory nap!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Crave!

That looks amazing, Scola. But you need to have some more cranberry sauce. Seriously. It's important.

Jezebel asked what was the best Thanksgiving TV episode. I thought that was obvious? Or has WKRP been retired due to sheer over-awesomeness?

Always Anti-fascist!

I like it...haven't seen it in ages, but "as God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!"

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I am shallow: I just looked at the Sephora Black Friday sales in the hopes that the Makeup Forever waterproof mascara of amazingness was on sale. No such luck, dammit.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just realized I haven't eaten anything yet. Good thing the lasagna is almost ready.

Is their Black Friday stuff on their website? I kinda...I kinda got distracted by their iOS app. I'm trying to transfer my entire life onto electronics, so I don't have to do anything any more. No thinking, no nothing.

So if my posts get (more) monotonous, it's because my Android phone is running an AI app and posting for me. Unfortunately, I can't afford to make Siri post for me. The technology is outside my wheelhouse.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ahhhh.... full. My plate looked much like Tom's. Except they forgot to serve the cranberry sauce (which had come out better than ever before!), so we had it as a palate cleanser in between dinner and dessert.
