Thanks for the compliments! I'm still loving the hair (only got flattened a little bit while sleeping). The challenge will be seeing how I can recreate this look after I dye my hair and wash it tonight or tomorrow morning (got a good half-inch of white hair at the roots).

Just finished ironing two cross-stitch pieces to take to Michaels after work--one to have framed for my brother and SIL's Xmas present, and one to frame myself for me (since it's a Christmas piece, I'm not going to do anything more than mount it and frame it with a cheap pre-made frame).

Kathy, your hair looks great! and a good cut - and decent products - help keep it looking good. I have thick, wavy hair and wrestled with it for years. Finding someone who could cut it so it looked good with minimum fussing on my part was worth the price.

And those cross-stitch pieces? very impressive - much more ambitious than anything I've attempted.
