So that's my dream. That and some stuff about cigars and a tunnel.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Tom, that is the best thing ever.

My son is a PITA. refused soccer practice (I had not even mention the new grade thing). WOn't do anything, stormed out of the house, continually trying to pick a fight with me, AND THEN PEED HIS PANTS IN TEH MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN. OMG WTF IS HE 3?!?!?!?!?!?

Drugs might be a complete understatement to what I want and/or need. A fucking deserted island sounds nice.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Because books.

Oh, msbelle. Yikes. Is he still seeing his therapist? Maybe he needs his meds adjusted due to ... growth spurt or something else?

Or maybe I just think that because I no longer feel like I got run over by a truck full of heavy rocks, which is how I spent all weekend.

That's how I spent the weekend. Hmm. I'm off to the doctor tomorrow, to discuss bloodwork results, but I'm definitely going to have her address the ridiculous sinus crap that will. not. go. away.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The person who normally files new pages into our looseleaf books is out for a couple of weeks to have surgery, so he hired someone to come in while he was out.

She showed up at about 4:55 today, and seemed honestly surprised and kind of hostile when I told her she had to leave when I did, and that I was leaving on time at 5:30.

Rage, msbelle, rage. Let it all out, all over the keyboard.

Oh god, child. Channel your rage into a pillow or yardwork or something more sensible.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Oh mac. Get with the program, kiddo.

Words I just uttered, "Noah and Grace! Stop playing with the pencil because you could poke your eyes out then you'd be blind!" WTF?!?

Also, is it a thing with twins that they don't give a rat's ass about what their adult wants, as long it amuses the other twin?

sarameg - Feb 28, 2012 3:32:02 pm PST #24270 of 30001

Hah, Kat!

I think that works with non-twin siblings too.
