Art Crawl!!!

Wow. That is really astoundingly stupid and insulting.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Wow. That is really astoundingly stupid and insulting.

It boggles the mind.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Um, remember when I was moving and couldn't find Dita for a bit and was kind of flipping out even though I knew she had to be somewhere?

I let Zed cat out to explore the house on his own, and left him alone just for a bit, and now I can't find him, and to make matters worse when I was in the garage, I heard a cat meowing rather piteously. All the exterior doors and windows were shut so there is no way he should have been able to get out, and yet, I seem to have lost him, even after opening all of the cupboards and cabinets.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Oh no! Zed, reveal yourself and stop worrying Lee!

Also? In all the naming, I forgot to mention that Zed could be short for Zeddmore, Ed from the Ghostfacers, who was named after Winston from Ghostbusters. I like Zed.

Now, appear, Zed!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Behind the washer and dryer, or other furniture in the house? Under the steps down from the kitchen (I forget if you have them, actually, but that's a spot my cats hide)?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

ita, your mom is a total badass. I just hope she's OK with me saying that, because ...well... she's a badass.

And oh, my lack of sleep is hitting me now. I did get a bunch of grading done, and 4 loads of laundry and 3 loads of dishes, so not too bad. I want to nap now, but I need to clean up the front rooms a bit and start up a red sauce. We're having friends over for dinner.

Oh yeah, hiding place for Zed: under some odd piece of furniture, like a couch or a dresser? Our cat Folly loves hiding under furniture, and I notice that I often forget the non-bed items. Washer/dryer is another good guess. Poor Zed!

Washer dryer are in the garage, where he shouldn't have been able to get, though I have looked through it.

I've checked under all of the furniture and checked all of the cabinets, more than once.

Assuming I can find him, Cat's name is now Houdini.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Or inside the furniture? I've had cats wriggle up through a hole in the bottom lining of a couch or a bed's box spring.
