Kaylee: Captain seem a little funny to you at breakfast this morning? Wash: Come on, Kaylee. We all know I'm the funny one.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Oh, balls. I took the trap off my sink, and that's not where the blockage is. I couldn't get the snake very far in, either.

So I went down into the crawlspace and it doesn't look good: the drain pipe has a bunch of dried hair and gunk around the outside at one of the joins. Damn it.

So I guess I will be calling a plumber on Monday. YIKES. Home ownership: so much fun!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Remind me not to piss of Liese when she's holding her bow.

Ha! I never point my bow at anything I don't intend to kill. Well, hit, anyway, I dunno how killed my target can get.

I wanna go hang at Liese's for a weekend and shoot stuff and enjoy the desert!!

Hee. You are always welcome!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Ewww, Consuela.

Man, I do *not* want to go out in the rain. Somebody talk me into it.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I usually put white vinegar in the fabric softener reservoir, and I think that helps keep the smell at bay.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Go smonster! I already accidentally talked us out of the house concert, which was a mistake, so we're already at capacity for Buffistas backing out of fun stuff for the evening. Go, and then I'll feel better by you having fun.

Oh, I'm not having fun. I'm going to the pet and grocery stores. But part of my purchases will be for the long day of parades tomorrow - six of them near me, starting at 9 am.

I dyed my hair. The white hairs that were almost blond were interesting, but I'd missed the richer color.

Of course, after posting something awesome about the hood, the feral kids are out. I'm pretty sure someone dropped them off, but no one was home. They're feral for a reason. So they're running around being really loud. I doubt a one is over 11. I may call 911 if they aren't gathered up by 10.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How I spent my day [link] eta (New cats like carrots!)

I had been thinking of naming him Zed Astaire, but he might be too goofy

I did make it to Costco, at least.

He also likes his S-scratcher! (I've got one made out of corrugated cardboard, and it gets knocked about.) I love the attempt at dignity at the end. Glad he found you!

Goofy is fun, lemmetellya. Zebediah? Zedebiah? Zediculous?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Hee. That was only a little goofy. I like Zed Astaire.
