A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Thanks for helping resolve that formatting issue, javachik!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have done excellent work cleaning off the DVR today.

Oh, and the place I've sold books most recently would give cash, but not very much, and slightly more store credit. So I feel pretty good walking in with a bunch of books and walking out with a couple.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I don't need very much cash, and probably what we're selling isn't worth anything. But every little bit helps at the moment for spending money. I may try the local Craigslist and if I don't have takers, I'll probably just give them to the library like usual.

Okay, I gotta go outside and shoot my bow some. It is a super gorgeous day.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Powell's buys books. You can mail them a box of books and they'll send you money. How much, I couldn't say, but they will pay the postage, so you can't really lose.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

No boob-twanging!

I have uploaded some eagle, bay, mountain and tea pictures to hard drive from the camera, messed about sorting and culling and folder-izing the mass of random pictures already on my hard drive. Culled a bit of my email inbox, made the bed, scrubbed the bathroom floor, sink, and toilet, washed the breakfast dishes, eaten the excellent turkey sandwich H made for lunch, and beta'd several chapters from an ESL writer and sent them back.

I think I shall now go read pornfic.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I got up, ate breakfast, volunteered at the dog shelter for two hours, and then came home and napped for two hours.

Clearly you have all been way more productive than me.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

We need to buy a new washer, and I am just bewildered by the options for new washers. Looking at Consumer Reports, the front-loaders honestly don't sound that great to me, and the HE top-loaders (without an agitator) sound like they have a lot of problems, too.

Maybe we can just get our ancient washer repaired.
