Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

RIP Gary Carter. Damn.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Well, they were right - it's not about women's health.

At least, notin the way we usually mean it.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I saw someone captioning it, "casting agents for RL Handmaiden's Tale."

It definitely needs a mockery meme.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

The outrage overload was not helped by the client who gives me no input or feedback except e-mailing me about something like a misspelled word. He seems to be trying to catch me somehow. Also, American Express rejected my Barnes and Noble charge of $0 for a free e-book.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh no. Gary Carter?? He was young!

Because books.

I just saw that, Tom. I guess at least it was fast? But definitely way too young.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Or else they want it to make a woman feel awful because how dare she?!

No doubt about it. They stripped out a proposed amendment that would let the doctor decide if it was, you know, medically indicated. It's straight up humiliation and punishment.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have come up repeatedly today against people who keep asking questions that I answered days or weeks ago, or even questions that *they* answered.

And people who won't answer my questions, so then I get put on the spot in front of a bunch of people where someone could have just given me their answers beforehand so I wouldn't make us all sound like idiots.

Some days, not so smooth.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

In my dream world, the entire population of women and below-majority age children perform a fast and efficient, quiet defection from the state of Virginia, into the welcoming arms of surrounding states. As well as, of course, any man who disagrees with the policies of state government. VA lawmakers would find themselves with no ease except their right hands--and according to some, that wouldn't be allowed because you can't get your hand pregnant. You hate and despise women so much? Fine. See ya. Enjoy your life.

Yeah, I know, but the momentary fantasy is glorious.

I think there was an Erica Jong short story like that where millions of American women were arriving on boats to the UK seeking amnesty.
