Chicks dig rescue workers.
I read this to CJ and his response was "I wish". Seems he didn't get any Valentine's love today (not that he gave any). Just you wait, kiddo.

Bon! Happy first-dativersary! How many years now?
Nine whole years! I was laughing at Jesse's status because Bob brought me a bouquet on V-Day, and I was embarrassed.
I had a date. He brought me a rose, which was nice, but as I said to the drunk girl on the train (with her boyfriend), it's a nice flower, but I'm still going home alone! You people have no idea how happy I was that someone commented, because I had the line all ready.
Well done!
Jesus, you're old and shit now, huh?
(I would go on a first date on V Day now, well, aside from how reluctant I am to go on dates, because I would *dare* the guy to fuck up the rules I wouldn't tell him beforehand)
(But they're perfectly reasonable don't go to far, don't stop short rules)
(Just find the line, blindfolded man)
I'm guilty of having expectations that weren't fulfilled. But if the guy's right, you forgive and forget tell the story once a year.
I forgot you had a first date on VD! That makes two couples I know who did, who are both married. Good times.
That video was ridiculously sweet except for the "You complete me/You had me at hello" bit which is merely ridiculous.
Aurelia, I dislike that exchange better than the bit from Twilight he says he'll love her until she's a corpse, or the stultifying but from Forrest Gump. Way too many inclusions to not irritate everyone, but I think it works really well as a whole, and it knocked the breath out of me with the climax, which I totally wasn't expecting.
I never saw Twilight , so I can ignore that part more easily.
