I only ever heard BFE so I just assumed it stood for "Beyond Fucking Everything" which it kinda does.
I've never heard of BFE before. We say Bumfuck Nowhere here, if that means the same thing.
I assumed, from context, that the BF in BFE was the same as the BF in East Bum Fuck, but I couldn't get the East on the back end. Somehow, all these people placing "faraway" in Egypt--well, I guess Bum Fuck Idaho is going to irritate Idahoians. Who are also irritated with me know, because I don't know what they're called.
