"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Debet,

apparently there are forums and shit that pinkpad app can access. I'm not interested.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Food poisoning or norovirus, it's not at all fun. Try to keep hydrated, Dana!

I was able to pick up the new Robin Hobb book on my way home from work, so I'm currently resisting diving into it and finishing it tonight. SIGH.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I'm not interested.

I'm more than a little shocked that enough people are to support their existence.

Because books.

I'm more than a little shocked that enough people are to support their existence.

I would imagine it's more women who are using it to track fertility than anything else.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Poor Dana.

Yeah, my app is definitely a fertility app. It predicts when I will ovulate, and I can mark down when I have sex. I still don't care to share with anyone.

In other news, I had the best motor vehicle department experience today ever, excepting when I lived in the tiny town in Augusta and there was never anyone in there and you had to chat to the clerks to keep them from dying of boredom. Here I have to trek into town, but it's usually horrible and frazzling. But I did my homework and showed up with a filled in app and notarized signatures and whatnot, and I was in and out in 35 minutes, including both lines. AND I didn't have to pay a fine, which I thought I would since it was a while from when I actually "bought" the van to when I got the right, notarized, paperwork.

I was so happy to have an unexpected good experience that I paid up for two years and went and washed the van. I didn't know what to do with my extra three hours I'd allocated for DMV misery.

I also tried to shop for cargo pants, but no luck. But it wasn't enough to quell my happy.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

but you know what Amy? I'm not gonna find out.

I imagine fertility involves a lot more data than simply going, "Oh, damn, that time of the month again?" Though for people with weird cycles, I'm sure there's lots of data. I'm sick and tired of mine, but I've learned my body's warning signs and I'm on a fairly steady schedule.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I got flat out surprised today. None of my usual warning signs. Not that I mind missing the mood swing and general crappy feeling - but dang - not a fun surprise.

That always sucks, Suzi.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I used to have a 28.5 day cycle. For years, it was the most reliable clock ever. I miss those days...

LeN, you should try this menstrual sharing thing! It's very freeing!
