Dana,
clearly I'm having empathy fevers for you.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Sara just *crushed* me in Wii Tennis. We're moving onto Just Dance. This should be interesting.
I am willing to go out on a limb and say: Coke in a baby bottle? Parental neglect. (Also, impressive dentistry bills down the line.)
Poor Dana. Whatever felled me has gotten better, except for loud grumbling from my intestines. I'm about to try canned soup after my day of rice and crackers.

Yep. My cousins got crazy cavities in their baby teeth from that.
Timelies all!
So my quest for a turn signal assembly yesterday didn't go as planned. I had looked up the part I need on the Advanced Auto Parts website, and wrote down the information. Went to the closest branch, and they didn't have it. In fact, their computer came up with a different brand part. They didn't have that one either, but told me that a branch one town up did. I drove over there, only to find that they didn't have it either. They =had= had it, but sent it back. So I had them order it, and it should come in later this week. Very annoying.

I should think so! My mother was a hardass on not having soda in the house, or sweetened sugar, or white bread, or packaged baked goods/candy.
Now, of course, she drinks loads of Coke, and insists my father buy her white bread and processed pastries. Sigh.
Juice and/or milk in a baby bottle isn't much better. No bottles once they can hold a cup, dude. So important.

It's ok in the club, though, right? Just checking....
I am sure this is a typo:
sweetened sugar
But I cannot figure out for what? And I am amusing myself imagining unsweetened sugar. (It's always fun the first time I bake brownies, using unsweetened baking chocolate, with a small child. They are so SAD.)
