Kaylee: Is that him? Mal: That's the buffet table. Kaylee: Well how can we be sure, unless we question it?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Gah! Renter's assurance. My default quotation assumed my stuff cost me $15,000.

That's weird. My insurance company started me out at 40K and I don't have nearly the electronics that you do :)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yikes. I can't work out what's a reasonable monthly payment. I figure, if I'm paying no more than $40, that's probably okay, right?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

15 is way low for renter's insurance.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh yeah, that's ridic! I just found out our homeowners had us down for like 130,000 in contents. Uhh, yeah, no. That was one of the things that got adjusted today during the SO's insurance meeting.

I paid basically $15/month, so that seems high to me. As much as it is an annoying factor, I'd get an agent to come in and assess.

Okay, I will do some more comparison shopping. Getting car insurance was a big deal for today. There's only so much I can handle the night before my ER visit. Today was busy day.

Hey, bon, was your running today or is it tomorrow?

More St. Bernards than one could reasonably expect.

... and I can tell you, from experience, that every single one of them makes the house shake when they pant.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

When I first watched that, my brain parsed it as CGI. It was the only conceivable explanation, apparently.

I am writing a paper. It is going to be emotionally draining, so I keep stepping away from it(like right now). A)I do not want to deal with these particular feelings; thank you, though B)Holy crap do I parse everything through pop cultural references. I'm having to translate back into normal-people-speak.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I got out of work "early". Only 12.5 hours instead of 15! It was a very silly day that really only involved about 3 hours of actual work. I spent most of the day reading a book. At least I'm getting paid hourly for this gig.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I had to stop watching the "Ice Age Death Trap" Nova because the dying mammoths were too sad.

Ginger, me too. Jilli made me change to a more soothing program last night. So we watched the Deadliest Volcanoes one. Much better.
