I do seem to have pins that disappear. I've wondered if copyright holders have objected.

I have this spice rack and it is a thing of beauty. Not only does it mount undercabinet and thus out of the way, but it's self measuring. You just click the little lever at the bottom of each cannister and it measures out a 1/4 teaspoon. It is so great I just redid it to put all our most common spices in it, including salt and pepper.

I just got back from the grocery and it was pretty out of control already today. But I lucked out and by the time I was done dithering, I had a clear lane, with a sulky teenager who had been called off stocking shelves. BUT! I did great. I made my menu using Grocery Pal for the sales, and then I made my shopping list on Cozi, so I was able to make sure I was getting the right prices there. And my budget worked, so I got there with a hundred dollar bill and spent $98.50. I was actually over by a few dollars so I left off the kleenex boxes, but forgot that one of them was $1.99 with a dollar coupon, so I could have gotten it too.

I was only over on the budget because I felt sorry for the dog's vet visit today and bought him a treat. But I feel like that's pretty good for two weeks full menu planned meals.

So the Superbowl's being held in Indianapolis, as you may have heard. My SO's friend was driving down the street today when a limo pulled up next to him at a stop light. Someone sticks his head out of the window and is looking around at the city, and it's NPH! Someone else recognized him and yelled, "Barney Stinson, you rule!" and he just shouted back, "Suit up!"

I forgot to buy a can of green chills, so I should check that I have that, otherwise it is on the list for tomorrow.

I could make cornbread now, or a green bean casserole. I am just so unmotivated. I did wash up most of the dishes from the earlier baking. I think if my counterspace was cleaned off I would be more inclined to cook.
