Breakfast/first meal of the day/whatever it is when you eat at 10 which is when you got up:
Smoked salmon, tricolor pasta, onions, celery, chopped spinach, olive oil, a bit of butter, red pepper, dill, and some pepper sherry. Topped with slivered almonds.
