I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Do you have a World Market nearby, Jesse? I find their furniture to be really nice and stable--dinner table, desk, TV/DVD setup. In fact, I do need to replace the table by my cuddle lounge, and I'm going to look there before my favourite second hand furniture place nearby.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

No World Market here.

Woke up with a scratchy throat and snotty. No karate today. Instead, we are babysitting the kids who are also snotty. I wanna crawl back in bed.

I'm also looking at this one from Pier 1, which I actually can see in person.

Good times! It's still going strong. Bon's fallen asleep in it more than once, I think. As have I, with company over.

Shame about there being nowhere else to sit in the apartment, though.

I just had a look at some World Market tables, and more than one looked pretty good, but then the realisation I'd have to put them together (and given that I'm looking for one with shelving and/or a drawer---nuh huh), it's not going to happen anytime soon. I do not have the energy for that.

WOO ASS-KICKING! And getting my out-of-shape ass kicked! Any pointers or advice? Things to look for to know if they are a good center/instructor? [link]

I've been pretty happy with furniture I've bought from Pier 1, for what it's worth.

Amy - Jan 28, 2012 7:34:50 am PST #18793 of 30001
Because books.

I so wish there was a Zipcar here. I would use it all the time.
