Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Also, back on the salad discussion- I discovered why the new salads do not fill me up-- they are only 180 calories!!! (Weirdly, they are also not listed on the healthy list).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's definitely not a meal!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I need to give up on consciously processing the commands and learn them by moving in the pattern enough times that the non-verbal part of my mind picks it up.

I hear ya. My skating coach just this week told me to "stop thinking" and just do mohawk turns. He says my body now knows how to do them and my brain is just getting in the way and I have to ignore it.

Sophia, I think it may just be what your library purchases, though I don't know what you read. My library has lots, but it's often already checked out!

Art Crawl!!!

Lee, I believe that staying home would have been the smart option. . . if only I had realized before I left everything that I forgot.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Staying home is often the smart thing to do; it's rarely the possible or practical thing to do.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Yep, so I'm laid up another day. I thought things were getting better last night, but I suspect I just tried to do to much and aggravated things further. I'm actually having more trouble walking today. I swear I'd go to the doctor if I could get across the room in less than 5 minutes.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister is giving my mother advice from someone who beat cancer through diet, and my every alarm is going off, and I'm not sure what to say or do that won't anger people.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Steve Jobs tried to beat cancer through diet.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

My sister is giving my mother advice from someone who beat cancer through diet, and my every alarm is going off, and I'm not sure what to say or do that won't anger people.

If your mother seems to be taking the advice seriously -- and she very well might not -- could you appeal to her based on simple scientific evidence (or lack of same)? I might be making an assumption about her based on what little I know of her -- and I don't mean to do that -- but I would think she'd be hip to actual hard data from evidence-based studies, and/or the fact that no evidence-based studies have ever proven that a patient can cure cancer through diet.
