From the Blogess:
Then I bought a taxidermied duckling (that died of natural causes) and Victor was all “What the fuck are you going to do with a taxidermied duck?” and I was all “What wouldn’t I do with a taxidermied duck?” It’s like he’s never even met me.
Hee!
Jesse, human-readable URL -- shortened ones are extremely prone to typos, even when they're being given out on computers rather than paper. And something clear and descriptive is not only more memorable, but helps with the whole trust/I know what I'm getting thing.
That's fantastic, msbelle! Congratulations!
Scrappy!Puppy. Awwww, Chet sounds like a love. I'm so happy for you and J.
When designing the URL, Jesse, check and see if your web server is case-sensitive, and if it is, don't fuck around with too much capitalisation.
Yay Msbelle!
Yay Puppy!!!
Yay, msbelle! That is so great!
Yay puppy!
There is a person on my Facebook feed that uses TOO MANY thingies. Not really emoticons, but tildes and hearts and exclamation points and Pooh case. I have to hide her, but I can't seem to look away.

I'm not actually designing the URLs -- I guess we have some kind of auto-shortener? Anyway, I have the two versions I described, and THANK YOU all for confirming what I thought. I will use the longer version with words.
YAY MSBELLE!
