man, I really do not like NE. The Ravens were the only team I wanted to make it to the Superbowl this year. Not sure when the last time I cared less about a Superbowl.
I am making labels for files, and am filing the numerous piles of household papers. SO EXCITING...not.
I honestly don't care about this game either, cause I don't like either team and am bitter at both this season, sooooo, I think a movie instead.
I just found a whole batch of unsigned documents from my 2005 refinance. that saves some file space.
Oh, man, I can get sucked into research so easily. I'm such a dilettante info whore.
Or Mata Hari.
Didn't she get shot or beheaded? I don't think she was very good at spying; she liked the attention too much. She used to appear at partied in the 20's or 30's at Natalie Barney's -- Colette wrote about partying with her.
I think it was Natalie Barney - lesbian socialite in Paris, poet/novelist. (quick check). Yep; read her bio. Fascinating. Or her lover's bio. Or a novel. God, I can't remember now.
Anyway -- I would be better than poor ol' Mata Hari.
Ok Jane Eyre it is. That and more paper to go through.
Finally ate at Rock Sugar at the nearby mall yesterday. It's been catching my eye for a while, but it always looked really busy. Yesterday we were there early for proper dinner, so we got seated quickly. I really liked the pan Asian fusion they had going on.
The pork belly buns were especially intense--sweet and bacony. I pretty much liked all the dishes (it was a sharing setup) and would definitely recommend them. And their lemongrass mojitos.
Anyway -- I would be better than poor ol' Mata Hari.
Well, sure. It was the glamorous part I was thinking of.
How could I forget that
Bend It Like Beckham
makes me cry? It's not exactly a big surprise. I didn't even make it through the tryout scene dry-eyed. I'd forgotten pretty much everything about this movie other than Parminder and JRM.
Running like a muppet, IIRC.
