I actually think Gingrich might be the least damaging of the other three, as he strikes me as fairly smart and opportunistic, therefore more likely to be moderate rather than completely polarizing once in office. Ron Paul is one of the few politicians on the national level that I think has real integrity, but I also think his ideas about reducing government services would be disastrous if he were actually able to put them into practice. And Santorum is basically his Dan Savage-bestowed namesake as far as I'm concerned.

I agree with Matt!
If your ER is anything like mine (which, maybe not, if it's not a level 1 trauma center), getting there before 8 or so can make a huge difference in wait time.
Or if you can get there at like 4 or 5 AM, you do okay. 2-3 AM, which is the best time to visit Urgent Care, always seems like a nightmare in the ER, but an hour later is rather nice.
Oh, I'm going to Patient First, one of those urgent care, no appt friendly clinics. It opens at 8. I really don't want to do ER/ED. I'm not sure why. Hell, I know an awesome ED doc.
Around here, I imagine many of the hospitals are level 1s, I dunno. Hopkins, Mercy, Union Memorial, GBMC and that's just within spitting distance.
But I'll wait for the clinic.
Last election thought...
I thought a whole bunch of evangelicals came together last week to agree to vote for Santorum, but only 20% of those evangelicals did. I found that surprising.
I also laughed when K said there was a headline about voting for the Adulterer or the Mormon.
Hell, I know an awesome ED doc.
Who was working tonight!
But I understand not wanting to go the hospital.
I think it's incredible that being Catholic is apparently good enough for evangelicals now, if the politics are right.

I know! Crazy! I wonder what happened to all the "Catholics aren't Christian!" people??
I think they've changed their message to "better than the Mormons and DEFINITELY better than a black guy in the White House."

Really? That's when I go every week. I'm usually right through.
