Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I tried watching the Globes online, but the visuals were not keeping up with the with the audio so I knew the winner and heard the speech while the presenters were bantering and showing the nominees.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Okay, so far in avoiding the laundry pile, I have: washed the dishes, made and consumed berry yogurt banana splits, replaced the batteries in my mp3 speakers, found the charger and started recharging the replaced batteries, and stoked the fire.

But I'm doing it now, I swears.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm glad Homeland won. It's such a good show.

SWINTON lives up to her rep, though I'm not too keen on the color - [link]

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Why is Johnny Depp talking like that? It's like he's picked up Madonna's fake British accent.

Honestly, I can kind of see it, with living in France for so long? I've noticed expats with ridiculous accents on House Hunters International, and realized I would probably end up that way myself.

Because books.

I like that color on Swinton a lot, actually. It's her hair that makes the whole thing SWINTON.

Natalie Portman looks as impeccable and elegant as ever, but it seems so boring. I feel like I've seen her in a tasteful solid-color dress like that a dozen times.
