I took a shower (on the to-do list) and then a power nap (wasn't, but I think the right call). I feel nominally more alert and less freaked out. It's now too late to run errands, so I'll focus on getting budget stuff back in line, laundry sorted and ready to go, and some cleaning/household stuff.
Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

Thanks, y'all for the good words. I went to the gym & sat in the sauna for a long time, then had awesome Mexican chicken soup, and then came home and took a long nap. Now I'll walk the dogs and then pick up a bit around the house so my sister doesn't think I'm a slob (even though I am compared to her).
I get to sleep in my own bed tonight with no dogs whining at me at 10PM! YAY.
