But now I can walk at the community center instead! Very exciting.
Cool! We live across from Kezar Stadium which has (a) a rubberized track which is easy on joints and; (b) a bank of lights so lots of people walk/run there in the evening during the winter and it's safe and convenient.
I used work.
I used the comcast one. I hope it's still good.
Ooh, that would be super convenient David! I ran around a local lake on a trail on the weekend, but it's not lit at night and with the short days...well, this is why I joined the new closer gym. Though I'm not sure when I can run again--my shins are still super painful (though at least unlike yesterday my calves are not joining in the chorus). I'm not sure I cn do this running thing. Sigh.

If you develop shin splints, they take a looooong time to heal. So don't push it too hard.
Well, my plan to go to bed and hour and a half ago didn't work out well. In fairness to me, a friend called, and then another one texted. So. I'm going to do what I had planned for the morning right now and watch Castle while I do it. And I'll still get seven hours. Deal!
Yeah, I don't wanna deal with shin splints!! Or have to keep stopping because of them.
I take it back. I don't want the Hello Kitty headphones anymore. I want this.
Thank god a) it's out of stock and b) Jilli just made me spend way too much money (yeah, I bought it).
Whomever suggested The Genie Bra, my back fat thanks you.

You bought the skeletal hand necklace? Oh, you lucky thing.
I must have clicked the link to the Genie Bra back when we were talking about it here, because no matter where I go on the web, there's an ad for it. Clearly I am being tracked, but good.
And the front support is good? I use pretty hardcore underwire and molded cups to keep the girls up where they belong but no longer wish to live.
