I just finished talking to a guy with 55 pairs of sneakers and 700 *personal* FaceBook friends. I can't even hope to keep up...
On the other hand, I'm still dangling Dexter spoilers over his head. I've totally turned accidentally spoiling him into my own leverage.
I hope you are coming down from the adrenaline, Ginger.
I have to report that I have now finished Mockingjay (thanks le nubian) and I am just going to sit here and cry for awhile. Also, I did not skip.
Oh hey, someone just discovered that fandom organizes for stuff.

Do I bother writing and saying, "hi! welcome to fandom! been here for yrs."?

Dang, you are a FAST reader!
Relatedly, we're about to go see Sherlock Holmes, and I was rattling off the movies I hope we get previews for. When I got to Hunger Games, I had to explain it to Tim, who is dubious about how a movie about kids brutally killing each other can get a PG-13 rating.
From Allyson's link:
Of course, it’ll be fascinating to see if, and how, these groups scale, and if they develop into ongoing organizations
Ahahahahaha. Yes. Welcome.
Steph, I hate asking an editing question, but I'm asking an editing question...
I was part of a 7-member group.
I want to correct to: I was part of a seven member group.
Still, I think it's awkward and would write in my own words: I was part of group consisting of seven members: (listing the members).
IDK and it was all written in papyrus. PAPYRUS. IT'S A FORMAL LETTER OMG OMG
Dang, you are a FAST reader!
There is a drawback to this as an adult-- I have trouble reading anything that I can't read in one sitting. As a kid, I could spend the weekend and read book after book, but no such luxury as an adult.
The trailer for the movie was what made me want to read the books, because I love Jennifer Lawrence. People seem upset about her casting, but I think that she has certainly proven that she can play "tough and conflicted lower class young woman who loves her family"

The Dark Knight
showed a man being killed with the eraser end of a pencil. They'll make it work.

Maybe it's OK if they don't swear. Blood, guts, brutality, inhumanity--but they don't drop the f-bomb, so it's Happy Days in the Censorship Office!
edit: oh, and not much sex
Should I just send her this link? [link]
