As long as the tramadol isn't a tramadol/acetaminophen combo, you can take Tylenol. If it's just plain tramadol, then go for it.

I hate the world, for the record. I had to replace my phone, and my order went through for two instead of one because of refreshing the page, and sales support isn't answering their phones, and no one's replied to my "OH FUCK FIX THAT" email I sent off a couple seconds later.
Also, the people with the title to my car haven't called me back, and I haven't had a chance to call them, because work is last minute crazy.

Blerrgh. Drinking hippie electrolyte drink, making peppermint tea, and going to try toast with jelly. I have some white rice, but I can't bring myself to eat it plain.
