Well if my tummy wasn't already post holiday turmoil, I would LOVE these meatballs. So spicy! But I think I am going to need the Pepto Bismol tonight. I may try to tone it down with lots of rice, and a side of yogurt, if I have any.

I made homemade salsa to go on fish tacos for dinner. I also have a batch of chicken noodle soup in the refrigerator along with quite a lot of dal and jasmine rice. I won't need to cook again the rest of this week.

Also, I need a new camera. The screen on mine is dead and it has no viewfinder. Talked to my bf who manages a camera shop, cheaper to replace than troubleshoot and repair. Ahrg.
