It's possible that he's in the land of perpetual Wednesday, or the crazy melty land, or you know, the world without shrimp.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's fantastic.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

AIFG.

Truly.

I spent the latter half of the day working from home, struggling to stay awake. I actually fell asleep reading a report, sitting upright. I'm thinking tomorrow is a sick day.

In further proof I have cold-brain, I stopped at the stop sign on the way to the Y. I was walking.

Devi was very cuddly all day (which didn't help with the staying awake) and basically was on me for 6 hours. And she's curled up against me now. The other two alternated between the wild and crazies and coming for attention. Working from home= cats get lots of attention.

Punishingly Intricate

anyone know people who work for Target, ToysRUs/BabiesRUs, GameStop?

I have a friend who worked for Target in NC until sometime last year. What do you need to know?

I made an appointment to get my hair cut next week. I haven't cut it since freaking July! Wonder what I should do with it? I miss bangs but then again I love being able to pull it all back.

Sorry you're not feeling well, sara! My coworker caught a bug on vacation too but that's nothing compared to the concussion she gave herself on vacation. Poor thing. She was at a resort in Mexico with her daughter and she did it on the first day and the doctors told her to stay out of the sun and not drink. Bummer!

ION, I hate the twofer dose of depression sick + sick meds gives me. Every.damn.thing is making me cry. Got MK's bill the other day, called this eve, his ashes aren't back yet, and I am obsessing about that, a stupid coked-up squirrel in my brain. It's all just symbolic, I don't need them. But I want a close to this chapter.

Feh. OK, need to go look at geeky baby onesies and sarcastic baby books for a baby shower next month. That's a better focal point.

(I'm really whiney when the least bit sick. I apologize in advance. Or during. Or something.)
