David, if she still has a uti or some inflammation it maybe her bladder bothering her. I've had itchy bladder before and the sensation was a tickly/itchy/crawly sensation between the urethra and vagina.
Benadryl helps when that happens. It's the only thing I can think of.
I used to get tingly/tickly sensations in my hands and feet when I had a UTI, but only after I used the bathroom and it only lasted a few minutes.

After my kidneystone passed, I had a couple days of weird tingly somewhere inside. Figured it was a symptom of healing up, and as it went away I think I was right.

FWIW I think you're right and the developer is wrong. If you can anticipate a problem, don't wait for QA to fix it, fix it first and use QA to test if the fix worked.

Hec, Liv's vadge is terribly susceptible to minor irritation, as well. We still apply Desitin to the labia if there is any sign of redness. But you could be dealing with after effects of the UTI and yeast infection.
