Now tagless for your comfort.

Yeah, it's not so much range of motion. It's that the cartilage that cushions between your joints gets squished down and so bones don't have the cushion in the joints that they used to. So pushing off to get up from a squat is literally a bit of a grind.

My knees have actually been better since starting roller derby. Good Derby Stance is basically a squat and my quads and glutes are in the best shape they've ever been. It's adding more strength to my already good calves and the result has been more stability for my knees.

Now, if I fall and get injured, that's another story. But the work outs themselves, STELLAR for a 41 year old.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I ran across that and thought of you, before realizing it was written by you.

Aw. It's because I limited the swearing-like-a-sailor, isn't it?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Yeah, between the sweat and dirt, reapplying sunscreen is tricky. Easier in the winter!

David, not to barrage you and JZ with advice, but the lotion you mentioned - was that prescribed or recommended by the doctor? Because especially being already sensitive, any fragrance could irritate her skin and some lotion has sugar which would feed the yeast.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, no. Poor Darby.

Master's student? Plagiarizing? Fuck her graduation. Insta-fail. Nuh-uh, no way, go to jail, do not get out.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yikes, erika. Clearly we need to add more ballast to your ass.

Maybe I should take up roller derby.

Was it clear that "the green grinch" is Newt Gingrich?

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Yes, rec'd by the doctor. It's a clotrimazole cream, which we call "lotion" because that flips her out much less than the word "medicine" -- nothing with colors or perfumes or sugars is going anywhere near her, I promise!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

smonster, the lotion is from the doctor. It's an antifungal.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

She's taken a stand on cranberry juice. It's not good.

I don't blame her. Can she take pills? I take cranberry pills and I do think they make a difference. The ones I take are Cran-Actin, but they can be kind of tricky to swallow, so another brand might be better for her.

I vividly remember going through several rounds of UTI/yeast/UTI/yeast several years ago, and it was very dispiriting, so I really feel for poor Matilda. Not the nicest way to learn so much about your girlybits.
