I've never tried anything from Teavana. But I'm now addicted to several blends from David's Tea (link goes to one of my favorites).

I don't do a second pour, but I probably should.

And caffeine-wise, I drink a pot of black tea with breakfast, and then 2 cups of coffee with lunch. I am an equal-opportunity caffeine addict.

There was a cover story in Outside last month about a South African runner who lost his legs from the knees down when he was an infant. Now he runs on those "cheetah" legs, and he's competing in the regular Olympics, since a study revealed that the reason he's so good isn't the artificial legs, but his own physique. If he had the legs he was born with, he might be even faster.
