Yes, there is. There's a hurry, Xander. I'm dying...I may have as few as fifty years left.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Möbius Ship.

I don't know, that doesn't work for me. It seems like it should be all hull, or all deck, though that wouldn't be as visually interesting.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Ever since a childhood UTI, I just rinse my nethers (which autocorrect turned into "mergers"). And seconding the Diflucan rec. the angels sang when I first took that.

Liese, I hope your time off gets better, and so does the Biscuit.

msbelle, it's better than a snuggle because it goes with me, and since my house isn't insulated and I only have one space heater, I don't care about the fashion non-statement I'm making.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Actually, a really good way to decrease/stop burning that occurs with peeing (regardless of the cause) is to somehow pee in water (like a sitz bath) or pour water over the general area while peeing (possibly via a squeezy bottle or something). It's very awkward and messy, but reduces the burning a LOT.

I doubt it would be something Matilda could do, unless she used a sitz bath of some sort and would be willing to pee in it.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

The Beastie Boys and Guns & Roses were inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame. I feel...very old.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I feel...very old.

You are. But I'm even older because Matilda's friend Isabella asked her if I was her babysitter because I have white hair. So, I'm a freakin' nonagerian.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm old. I remember when this happened:

Who Knew You Need Mud Flaps On The Moon?

This was the last Apollo mission to the moon. In '72.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Aw, poor Matilda. I had a spate of UTIs/YIs a few years back, so I started taking cranberry pills and a probiotic regularly, and haven't had a UTI since, and only a couple of relatively mild YIs. Can't say for sure that there's a connection, of course, but anecdata and all that. I hope she can take some kind of pill for the YI soon -- those have been super helpful to me.

So, I told my mom last night that I wanted to wait until June for a post-baby/meet-the-baby party, and she took it very well, much better than I'd anticipated. Thank you all for helping me sort out what to say! I feel very relieved.

I have no advice - but may Matilda feel better soon

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I did not know not-cotton-panties were an evil thing. Thank dog I've never had issues. I really like my fancy panties.

Okay, that's it for the work day. Damn, that could count as 8 hours' worth.

It's an airflow thing. Much like those long cotton dresses.
