Flip teaching isn't actually all that new--it's very cool for certain lessons and classes.
It's almost like the college model, where you attend a lecture but then join a smaller group for discussion, but even more hands on.
Sort of, but not really. In a math class it might work where you need assistance for the practice. In English it "works" too if you think of the reading as the lecture and then the discussion/writing as the practice portion.
I think it's the latest fad in a system that is all about fads. This one happens to be free, which is a nice change.
I think I'll send every postage business mailer back as a way to support the post office. At least to the businesses.
good morning Kat. I have clothing for you!
Jilli - have you tried a tack shop?
You can find a shadbelly in the dressage section.
I never knew what a shadbelly was but now I must have one....
good morning Kat. I have clothing for you!
YAY!
This week essentially blows.
I had a meeting last night until 7. I have to take Grace to a doctor's appointment today at UCLA. OOF.
Some more hunting coats.
And show coats - FYI - Equestrian Collections carries plus sizes.
Smiling Victorians.
The last one is the best - they're such a proper couple, then she starts to lose it, and finally they're leaning on each other laughing. Wonderful.
Fucking hell, all those coats are sharp. Want. Need. Crave. Drool.
