There's TANF, which is a benefit for children
The Florida bill is requiring drug testing for TANF, which is temporary aid to families with children and partially federally funded. TANF requires transitioning to work, so the people who are eligible are probably not sprawled in an alley with a crack pipe. It also wouldn't support much of a habit.
I really like the Outback. It's got a fair amount of cargo space with the seats folded.
