Especially around back-to-school time. The fan that currently lives on my desk is from last September's dorm-decorating collection at Target.
I have a tiny little desk fan that I bought at Walgreen's for about $10.00 and they had slightly taller oscillating ones for a couple bucks more.
Very effective.

As a kid growing up in England, I wanted a Trapper Keeper like nothing else. And, lo, I got one when I was 16 or so, and all my classmates thought I was crazy.
Now that I'm not in England anymore I miss their stupid block paper.
