Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Got it. Yeah - it's not a clean movie.

I think the only reason I can watch and enjoy SPN is because it is usually kinda obvious with the icky stuff is going to happen. Plus I usually watch while on my laptop, so it is easy to duck and avoid the gore.

information libertarian

There was a triple murder at a picnic of a theater group my boss was involved with 3 years ago, and she couldn't say enough about how professional and kind the crime scene cleaning people were. It means a lot to the victims to have that help.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Fringe, SPN, and Bones used to all battle for the same evening. The amount of psychic gore in the air...maybe that's why they switched times.

I learned not to eat during Bones or Fringe VERY quickly.

Oof, I want to fall down now. After stopping work, I went and had the most EXCELLENT swim ever! First half mile (18 laps) with a 56.5 pace, next 13: 55.4, next 11 in 54.5 and the last 12 at an amazing 53.75. I must've just had a really efficient technique (for me) down, because it didn't feel that much harder than when I have my crappy days. Likes carrots, etc.

Then I came home and fed other people's cats, my cats, dinner, took the trash out, repotted a plant, watered the rest, pickled some cukes.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Things accomplished today: not much, but I did send an email to my Nemesis (cc'd to the boss) making it clear exactly whose fault the delays on this one project are. Completely with attached emails from earlier this summer.

She deletes all her email, I understand: this isn't tactically wise, since I'm just going to continue doing this, showing the new boss the chain of evidence of her dodging and weaving and NOT ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK.

Trust my rage

When my kids see Sam and Dean on my laptop/TV, they know there's going to be stuff that's "too scary for little kids." The funny part is that they both sort of wait for me to cover their eyes, which they seem to love.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I was in LA during Watts riots. This reminds me of that.
