Wesley: Hey. Hey, Gunn. Is something weird going on? … Charles, you just peed on my shoes. Gunn: I'll be damned. That's weird.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's great, msbelle!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Excellent news, msbelle.

Some new Saints for my craftsy friends.

St. Lucy is apparently the Patron Saint of Knitting now.

Perhaps your hairstylist would appreciate this button.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So, two guys in my stairwell were arguing. One guy asked me to call the police on the other guy--he claimed the other guy was about to break into his apartment (they were both outside the apartment). But the other guy wasn't trying to break in when I was there. So I told the guy to call the cops himself.

The other guy did tell me to tell the cops that they should look for the drugs in the apartment.

Anyway, they both left the building.

Excellent, msbelle!

I found Loki's favorite mouse, in a paper bag of books and magazines. He keeping playing and then putting it back in the bag to root around for. He's a funny one.

Broke out the new swimsuit. Now, I don't know if I'm just coming out of my slump from the last couple of weeks, or if having a tight suit again really makes that much difference (old one is 6 months old and I was getting more shifting around than I prefer.) I think it's just the slump.

Be on the lookout for auroras tonight, possibly further south than usual: [link]

I suspect Jon B would not approved of this technique. The audience at the end apparently does not. [link]

Even if it isn't the last episode, you need to DVR it.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

You know how sometimes dogs (and children) just get so tired that they're trying to hold up their heads, but they keep flopping down?

That's how I feel. Going to bed at 6:30 is a bad idea, self.
