I wish I had a cupcake. Instead I have a wonky fitbit. It's recording my 9800 steps but says that I have only burned 800 calories. curious.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I just ate an entire Cadbury fruit and nut bar and feel slightly sick. I gotta not have chocolate in my office. I just eat until it is gone.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Soooo, how is everyone doing?

Broke but pretty fab otherwise, and as painful as it is, I needed to learn some hard financial management skills. Things looking up on the job front.

Does this mean I have an excuse for not losing weight?

Absolutely.

YAY! QUESTER!!!! SO SO SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU!

What? Did I miss quester news?

I kind of want Kpop links.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I am grumpy, headachey, and still need to work. AND I am cupcakeless. I tried to take a nap, hoping that would make me feel better, instead I feel worse and I'm further behind on work. Feh.

I need to go pick up my CSA veggies this evening and drop CJ off for an end-of-summer party with a bunch of girls. Wouldn't be out of the way to stop by the store to get cupcake ingredients. Wonder if I could con K-Bug into baking while I work.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have had two delicious cupcakes this week, and I think that will be all I need for the week. They were that good. Envy me.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

smonster, temp job!

Work has been busy this week and I really think they like me and what I bring to the office. I really hope in 2 more weeks we can start the discussion of insurance. If I could make this job work on 25-30 hours a week I would be in heaven.

Also, tell DH to apply for every actuary job in Seattle ASAP.

Yes! That would be awesome. We have plenty of derby, too!

Our project from hell just got raked over the coals by the CIO. It's actually a pleasure to have her grill us. She's that good.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

smonster and Allyson, I got a new temp assignment but it's at the University of Iowa and it pays very well, which will make up for the 45 minute drive, one-way to be there at 7:30 am every day.
