I have done nothing on my todo list. (My entire todo list is "clean house in anticipation (or dread) of my sister's visit.) Instead I am planning to make jam. but I need sugar and don't want to leave the house, because it's raining and I am a wuss. But I just spent about two hours trimming the ends off gooseberries.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I haven't done anything list-related, but oh well. That's what Sunday is for?
I have no list, but I should. We are leaving for essentially a month in 6 days. I should start figuring out packing and meds etc, right?
Laundry running
Cat boxes cleaned
Laundry room cleaned
I didn't even have a to-do list, but I really should...
Clean kitchen
Make dinner
Clean my room
Clean my bathroom
Do my nails
Can you guess what most likely will happen over everything else? And what color should I pick?
They're certainly separate in my house.
I'm so relieved to hear I'm not the only one who does this.
I lost most of the afternoon to a post-hamburger nap, so laundry hanging and working on a personal book for one of my bosses are going to have to wait until tomorrow.
Putting it away is a third and separate task.

Agreed. It's like filing, but for clothes. What a drag.
I am making Angry Bird cake toppers and I have made 6 red birds, 10 pigs, including one with a crown and two with helmets, and 2 red birds. I have the bomb bird to do next and then I'm DONE. I'm putting them in the freezer until the birthday in September. I used candy clay which is sticky as shit. Maybe fondant would have been better?
I did stuff today, lots of bits of stuff
laundry (not folded)
pulled some weeds
loaded branches I cut last week into trash
cut more branches
ran errands
did one round of varnish stripping on a barstool
started on my nails
shredded a bag of paper
now to watch some more Battlestar (yes I am finally finishing it) and fold laundry, then finish nails.
So I went to London. That was fun. I saw many, many things, most of the museums, visited the Doctor Who Experience, and went to three plays.
