I have decided to go to my uncle-in-law's birthday party this weekend. Long drive but should be super fun.
As was my pain specialist. He's officially given up with me. Says there's nothing he can do, it's all up to the migraine specialists now.

I actually get him admitting he can't solve the problem and maybe another specialist can (it's not ideal, but I understand that bodies are complicated and we don't always know how they work) but he's a pain specialist, shouldn't he be still working to fix the pain part??? It's not like you can turn this one in and get another body that might work better. So frustrating, ita. I wish you relief but first I wish you respite from the pain. And relief.
I was just talking to a friend who runs longdistancevoter.org, and if anyone would like to do grantwriting for them for no pay (volunteering!) I'm sure it would be a good experience! (they can afford nothing.)
