God Steph. How ridiculous. Was that the straw that broke the camel's back in terms of their marriage?
No, it was actually an unfortunate combination of putting in no effort to find a job after he lost his, running up their credit cards at the bar (every night), and sleeping with other women.
I think the lack of knowledge about how to keep her alive was just an annoyance, comparatively. No joke.
Catching up, I am so sorry, Consuela. I hope it gets cleared up.
UGH leaks
I hope Mr. Kitty gets to come home soon.
Whoo! New guy?
Yeah. We had a nice conversation on the phone this evening. He is a real outdoors guy while I'm quite the city girl. He did say he travels with a 5th wheel, so I could handle that kind of camping. We are going to meet up at a brew pub after work on Wed and see how it goes.
'Suela - come work for my company.
Ugh, you guys! That's a fair amount of ugh going around.
But yay for Suzi!
I want 45% fall, 45% spring, 5% true summer, and 5% snow. That would be awesome.
Today I feel like that's almost what we have here, given that it's 65 degrees right now....
I went to trivia with a couple of coworkers and one's boyfriend, and we thought we were doing pretty well, but came in like 19th. Conclusion: Don't go to trivia in Cambridge. (PS to bon bon: It was the Big Quiz Thing!)
God Steph, what an a-hole.
I want fall weather all year long.
YES. Crisp days that are cool but sunny, grey days with fog and drizzle, and drifts of fallen leaves to scuffle through. Plus, Halloween.
Not that I'm biased or anything.
And finally: OMG Baby Ryan Gosling's gospel hand!!!

They came to LA a month ago but I couldn't get a team together. Conclusion: don't try to go to trivia in LA. PS: Melissa C. dated Noah Tarnow a couple times (jdate!) and now they're so totally in.

Hah! It might come to that yet, although I really don't want to go back to consulting. But if the only option they offer me is to stay as a contractor, I might have to go--it's not a good setup for the long term.

That would work for me!! Especially if most of the "summer" days were on weekends when I could hit the beach.
