Sparkly burgundy? Hmm, I might have to see if I can do my toes in that color next time I have them done.

My toes are currently a royal blue, but I want Jem! Can you buy Zoya in a store, or does it have to be online?

smonster, I ended up with these two because the Infamous BlueJay went on a bit of a polish-buying spree, and decided I needed them.

Vortex, I've never heard of Zoya being sold in stores.

I need to remind myself that I do not buy nail polish because I am awful at doing my own nails.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Ulta carries a FEW Zoyas. Generally current collections. I would not expect them to ever have something I want, but I have been happily surprised a couple of times.

Hmmm, Jilli, Ulta trip when you are here.

FUCK, we are getting new tires on the front because my mechanic friend said they were screwed and to change them immediately (close friend, no kickbacks) and we found out we have to replace the brake pads and rotors, as it's almost metal to metal.

FUCK.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Erin, I replaced my brakes earlier this year, and it was a fiscal world of hurt. Combined with the cost of new tires -- I feel you.

And we're down to one car, because I'M SUPPOSED TO DRIVE TO TOPEKA THURSDAY to rip the KS driver control people a new set of assholes. And we're driving to the Ozarks on Friday.

With, you know, OUR CHILD.

Goddammit.

That's it. D doesn't want a credit card, and we both have suck-ass credit, so we will have to get a shitty one, but we are getting a goddamned emergency credit card.

Erin, Household gave me a Mastercard when my credit rating was in the "suck-ass" range. Granted, it was only for $300, but they've done a good job of boosting that up every year as long as I made my payments on time.
