Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The key thing is that within the labyrinthine UC system, she'd finally be promoted up to Analyst status which is a whole 'nother pay grade. Something she should have gotten five or six years ago. But it's a whole new exciting salary world from here.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aaah, that's so awesome, JZ!!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

But it's a whole new exciting salary world from here.

And minions? Can there be minions? Or even lackeys?

Seriously, though, that's excellent!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Livejournal is pretty much my resource for that. It does require that someone takes the hit and sees the movie. Someone not getting paid for it.

I've stayed away from a bunch of movies thanks to friends posting, true. And I am grateful.

I think it's the spur of the moment texts of "let's go to the movies" movies that keep catching me unaware. I expected Horrible Bosses to be dumb, I wasn't expecting the plentiful funny, funny rape jokes. Wasting my money is one thing, but feeling skeeved and knowing I just supported them is totally different.

We should start that site. You know, in all our free time.

It's the internet, you'd think someone already has. But I haven't found it yet. Or, really, looked much.

If I do find it, I'll link.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

humourlessbitchesmoviereview.com, here we come! But seriously. It would be from the least amused PoV possible, because sometimes you want that.

Congrats, JZ!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Yay JZ!

I wish I could figure out why I'm so queasy today. I've been feeling off since mid-afternoon, but if it were from bad food I'd have been horking it up instead of wanting nothing but bread slices for dinner. Usually I have a strong stomach, and if anything is bad enough to disturb it it's by a lot, not this half-sick kind of feeling.
