Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. I knew ING had to sell off bits of itself to pay back the Dutch government's bailout, but for some reason I'd considered ING Direct as core business. I feel ignorant not know what is ING ING now.

Happy birthday sarameg! Is it that time?

I think I'm trapped in my slip. It's always harder to change out of this than my other night clothes.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Another gorgeous Labyrinth piece for Jilli and smonster.

(I just realized that in my head I pronounce "smonster" as "smonstah!" Anybody else do that? Just me then...)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Mmm, Labyrinth pretties. I think I'd like to have the first one and this piece [link] flanking one of my fireplaces, even if the incorrect French would bug me every day.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthday, sarameg!!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

lcat,

In connection with the banking discussion, I just found out that ING was bought by Capital One and, because of previous interest rate shenanigans, I don't do business with Capital One. I have accounts at a couple of local banks but I really liked the good interest rates and the online convenience that ING offered for my emergencies only savings account. Any one have a recommendation for another Internet bank like ING?

I just found this out myself and I am not happy. At all. I use ING for my envelope style budgeting and it is going to be one pain in the ass to move my $$ out. Luckily I have another bank and a credit union, so I am not totally screwed.

Anyway, I am thinking about going to Ally Bank if ING's new owners pull any crap. My paycheck gets deposited to ING, which I will stop doing as soon as the takeover just so my livelihood isn't compromised due to bullshit.

Yeah, I'm not thrilled about the ING buyout, either. I use it for a savings account.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I'm not thrilled about the ING buyout, either. I use it for a savings account.

Me too. Although the interest rate has been going down steadily, so it's not as hot shit as it used to be.

P-C, ally bank is a bit better, but until our economy improves, we aren't going to earn much.
