He's totes adorbs in "Bridesmaids." Every woman I know who has seen it has been in love with his character--incuding my 16-year-old niece and my 83-year-old mom.

I mean, I've written OT3 fic with his IT Crowd character, and find Roy kind of charming in an off-putting way, and am even willing to admit that the actor's vaguely attractive, but he's no Richard Ayoade, and it's hard for me to get over that part for long enough to accept him as a current heartthrob.

I have no idea what they are going to do, because basically they are now screwed. But you know, anyone who says that a woman who has an incredible performance record can't be promoted because she is "outspoken" deserves what they get.
And they can't say I didn't give them every opportunity to fix the situation.
