If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

We used to have to do that daily VM update at my old job. Ugh.

Punishingly Intricate

Daily vm updates seem really pointless and unsustainable to me.

I ordered shoes through Zappos VIP yesterday and they aren't here yet. I'm getting impatient! ha! Of course, if I was working at work instead of home I wouldn't be thinking about it. These

We are cruising through Wyoming. Very pretty, but man, there are very few towns. So looking forward to getting home.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Oh, god. I want the Fluevog Pearl Harts in every color, please.

I'll give Katy Perry this, she has an ABBA-like gift for earworms. I heard that "Last Friday Night" song on my drive home through the Ozarks Monday and its' still ricocheting through my head.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I hate the fact that my calves are still massive. The last time I was this small, I had really shapely ones. I'm hoping that I'll get decent calves again, someday.

Everyone I know who has done a significant weight loss had a "sorting out" period where their proportions sort of shifted around for a while -- even after they hit their goal weight. I wouldn't fret, I'd say odds are in your favor.

What on earth is unlikely about John Cusack? The tall? The dark? The handsome?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What on earth is unlikely about John Cusack? The tall? The dark? The handsome?

Christopher Walken, Alan Rickman, I get. They have a something else that makes them sexy. But a well put together Cusack is a catch! Halloo!

James Marsters? Seriously? Maybe if you know he's sorta short...

And since when is Simon Cowell a heartthrob at all?

I think Simon compiled the list. So, you know, not some straight man.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Chris O'Dowd became a heartthrob while I wasn't looking? Heh.

And, umm. Has the assembler SEEN Adam Lambert? Dude. There's nothing unlikely about THAT guy's appeal.

The most unlikely heartthrob I'm noticing amongst the teen girls these days is Mark Gatiss. I mean, lord knows, I get the appeal on an intellectual level, but I'd never expect to see hordes of women in their late teens and early 20s swooning over a gay, 40-something, balding ginger fellow from the League.
