Much might depend on the general reliability of your UPS guy. My current one (at home) is aces but in other situations they have lied like lying things ("nobody home to deliver package" when I never left the house and was actively watching for the truck.)

Nope. I know the UPS guy well and when he delivered the package this afternoon, I asked him why she didn't sign for the package, and he said that the lights were out and the door was locked.
